Four players dropped from Kenya Under 20 soccer team

The team is  shaping up ahead of their trip to South Africa for the 8 nation youth tournament scheduled to kick off as from  May 22nd. Those axed include  Jackson Macharia from Central, John Olando, Kisumu, Daniel Muturi, Nairobi and George Muchiri  from Muranga.  The Junior Stars played their first friendly match on wednesday morning where they lost 2-1 to Kenya Premier League (KPL) outfit Mathare United at the Nyayo National Stadium.    Sofapakas striker Collins Shivachi scored the junior stars first goal in the 50th min before Antony Kimani equalized for United in the 51st min with Vincent Okello netting the winner in the 35th.  The team plays another friendly match against Rangers at the same venue on thursday morning.
