Kenya’s Dennis Oliech links up with his teammates in Tunis

Harambee Stars captain Dennis Oliech  has arrived in Tunis to link up with the Kenyan national soccer team. The duo arrived at the team’s  camp late Monday afternoon from their clubs in France and Scotland  respectively.

Also expected  to link up with the team is Scotland based Victor
Wanyama who will  join the team on Tuesday .

Belgium based Ayub Timbe who had been called up by coach Nandwa will not be available for the friendly match.

The Kenyan team that arrived in Tunis on Sunday afternoon held two
training sessions on Monday ahead of Wednesday’s international
friendly match against Libya.

Custodian Arnold Origi arrived early on Sunday morning while David
Gateri is expected later on Monday night straight from South Africa.
Oliech arrived as expected and attended the evening training session
with the rest of the team as planned.

“Gateri did not arrive but we expect him later tonight. Mugabe
(Victor Wanyama) will be leaving Scotland tomorrow (Tue 5 Feb) morning and so we expect him to arrive by Tuesday mid day, observed  the team’s head of delegation Hussein Terry.

Three foreign-based players Ayub Timbe,McDanald Mariga and Brian
Mandela will not be available owing to various reasons.

Keeper  Arnold Origi who turns out for Norwegian side Lillestrom
arrived in Tunis on Sunday morning.
