Orange Caf Confederation Cup: Disappointment in Algeria as Setif crash out to Simba

It was the visitors who progressed on the away goal rule after a two nil victory in the reverse fixture a fortnight ago. Amine Aoudia opened the scoring on 35 minutes for the home side after lashing in on a Hachoud right cross. Simba had gone down to ten men just twelve minutes into the game as one of theirs  was sent off. The hosts took advantage on this to pile pressure on them as Aoudia got a brace to put both sides level in the tie. The crowd went wild with joy when Benmoussa added a third in the second half for what would have been the tie winner but an extra time effort Emmanuel Okwe turned the fortunes around as the Tanzanians advance to the next round on the away goal rules.
