Togo have advanced to the quarterfinal of the Orange Africa cup of nations 2013 after last night’s 1-1 draw against Tunisia.

It is a great achievement for the Sparrow Hawks who have taken seven years to break the spell. Togo head coach, Didier Six has attributed the win to firm determination, commitment and belief on the part of his players. After finishing second in group D, the Togolese meet Burkina Faso in the quarterfinal while leaders, Ivory Coast play Nigeria.
