2012 Olympic qualifying tournament: Senegalese boxers known
Seven Senegalese boxers have ended a ten-day training camp after which four have been selected to represent the country at the 2012 Olympic qualifying tournament taking place in Morocco. Another athlete has been added to the team, raising the total number to five. Selected by the technical department of the national Olympic team, the five boxers include; Matar Sambou (56 kg), Mamadou Fall (75 kg), Mbacké Sarr (81 kg), Assane Faye (90 kg) and Kab Thiam (69 kg). The Senegalese delegation arrived in Morocco yesterday and the tournament that kicks off today ends Sunday April 29.
