Angolan side Agosto dethroned as Basketball kings

Angolan side Primeiro de Agosto were dethroned as champions of African basketball after Tunisian side Etoile du Sahel in the continental final on Wednesday in Sale, Morocco.

They lost 60-82 to the Tunisians in the epic final that climax the 26th edition of the African Cup of Men’s Basketball Champion Clubs.

In third place match, Moroccan side AS de Sale also defeated Petro de Luanda of Angola 65-80 to claim bronze.
