Japan send Egypt packing
Goals fromKensuke Nagai , Maya Yoshida and Yuki Otsu securedsent the Samurai blues into the semis as Egypt go crashing out at Old Trafford.
Japan opened scores on thirteen minutes through Kensuke Nagai who was on the receiving end of a Hiroshi Kiyotakei through ball. The Samurai took advantage after Egypt were reduced to ten men following the sending off of Saad Samir just before the break. Japan made this count when skipper Yoshida added a second before Yuki Ostu sealed the win with a third eight minutes from time.
Senegal are now the only African nation left in the game as they face Mexico.
