London Olympics: Malian Taekwondo athlete exempted from qualifiers

Malian-borne Daba Modibo Kéita , two-times world champion of the Taekwondo heavy weight category will take part in the London Olympics without going through the qualifiers.

The 2008 and 2009 world champion was officially invited to the 2012 Olympics last week by the international Taekwondo federation (FEMAT).

Altogether FEMAT has invited eight athletes to make up the 128 competitors to take part at the Olympics.
