Madrid Marathon: four Kenyans on podium

Kenyan Athletes dominated the Madrid Marathon in both the men and women categories.

In the men category, they occupied the first three positions: first, Patrick Korir (2 hours 12 minutes 07 seconds); second Enock Mitei (2:12:13); and third Thompson Cherogony (2:12:14).

For the women, Kenya’s Margaret Agai won the race in 2:32:23 followed by the Ethiopians Roman Gebregessese (2:34:40) and Tigist Gebayahu (2:36:31).
