Volleyball/ 2012 WA University games: UAC ladies beat Ilorin to bag gold

The female volleyball team of the University of Abomey-Calavi (Uac) won a gold medal after beating their counterparts of Ilorin 3 sets to 0 at the just ended West Africa University games in Nigeria. On a similar score, the male team won Zaria to occupy the third position behind the University of Parakou (Unipar).

In Basketball, the boys of Uac finished 7^th while Unipar occupied the same position in football. Meanwhile, Esc won gold in handball, athletics and tennis.
