The Premier League is arguably the most competitive of all Europe’s top leagues and the drama which comes with this is really exciting. That’s why people can’t wait for the start of the new season. The new signings, the new promoted teams and all that add to the package.
The 2017/18 Premier League season starts on Friday the 11th of August, which is already at the corner. Leicester will travel to the Emirates to face host Arsenal for the opening game of the season and it promises to be an exciting encounter as both sides have had new signings during the transfer window.
Hopefully both sides would have fully fit players to make the game more interesting. But before then, we must keep in mind that the transfer window is still open and a lot of changes could be made before the. Riyad Mahrez could easily leave before the game and the dust isn’t quite settled over the Alexis Sanchez move as there are still possibilities. And both teams too, could add new players to their various squads.
It would already be Arsenal’s second game of the new season as they will have to play Chelsea for the Community Shield trophy on Sunday the 6th of August at the Wembley stadium.
