After being suspected of having a heart problem in their recent clash with Maccabi Tel Aviv, Cameroon’s Landry Nguemo of Bordeaux says he is fine.
“There is nothing serious. I went back home from hospital after an electrocardiogram”, the player reassured on his twitter account. Nguemo was substituted in the course of the game over fears of a cardiac problem. The case was promptly handled by Bordeaux’s cardiologist but the midfielder has been told to have a rest. It should be noted that Landry Nguemo is included amongst the 25-man squad released by Cameroon coach Volker Finke ahead of the Indomotable Lions’ clash with Tunisia in the ultimate round of qualifiers for the FIFA World Cup, Brazil 2014.
