Cameroon international Landry Nguemo would play no part in the French Cup final between his side Bordeaux and Evian Thonon Gaillard.
The holding midfielder has failed to recover from a troubling injury picked up on January 23 during the round of 32 matches of the French Cup.
He however returned to action two weeks ago with the reserve team during their one nil victory over Herbiers but has failed to completely shake off the injury and has therefore been left out in the 22-man squad named by Bordeaux coach Francis Gilot.
Nguemo has equally not featured for Cameroon since 2012 after the Indomitable Lions failed to qualify for the 2013 Orance Afcon.
