Teams that officialy qualified for the UEFA Champions League 2017/2018 season from the Premier League

The final of the UEFA Champions League between Real Madrid vs Juventus, will be played at Cardiff on 3rd of June 2017. Real Madrid will be playing for their 12th title in the competition, and Juventus will be playing to honor their legendary goalkeeper Buffon.
